In all seriousness, that was a terrible thing for them to do. I don't care for dogs personally, but never would I kill one because of a simple inconvenience. The virus is serious, but it ain't so critical that one needs to go on a dog genocide to stop the spread. That is the definition of madness. Furthermore, I would hope that these men are faced with prison time for their crime. If they haven't, that is wrong for the authorities to ignore.
