God is a fantasy. But colonizing the galaxy is not a fantasy. It just takes a really long time. It would take generations of humans to colonize the galaxy. It is difficult, but not impossible.

Regardless, even if Humans did that in the future. That does not mean that they're Gods. Humans are not omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent beings.

I think "God is the impossible" would probably be a better definition rather than bringing space and galaxy travel into it. I can follow the impossible, but I do see us expanding our travels into the universe to be an eventuality if we don't all kill ourselves before then.
But also, I don't believe in god, this is just me surmizing the possibilities for debate.
