Undoubtedly and without question if all humans suddenly became vegan, the world and the human body would be better off. Should we all become vegan though? Here is my argument against veganism (not vegetarianism):
Eggs: What is so bad about eggs, huh? In some poor areas in the world farmers rely on chickens to produce eggs that contain complete nutrients and fight against becoming malnourished. This allows people to live in areas where crops simply cannot grow. A lot of people are not educated enough to live a balanced vegan diet. Vegans can argue that harvesting eggs from chickens is exploitation from animals. However, my mom has chickens, and they lay a lot of eggs. It's what chickens do. Humans and chickens have a symbiotic relationship. We feed them all the food they need and keep them safe from predictors, and they crap out eggs for us. Not a bad deal, if you ask me. One can argue chickens are exploited in the industry and treated poorly, but that would be another debate. Chickens, in the right hands, can provide a stable, ethical source of nutrients. For one to hold a vegan argument as better than vegetarianism, one has to prove that all chickens are exploited by harvesting their eggs. Is it not like picking the fruit from a tree? Are we ourselves not like chickens laying eggs for corporations so that they can flourish?
My argument is that eggs can be reasonably farmed to help people from falling into a deficiency, which would invalidate everyone converting to vegan is better than everyone converting to vegetarianism.
I'll post an article too:

I will also source an article from PBN academy how it is literally impossible for vegans to consume eggs, even if the chickens are raised by the vegan themselves because it 'exploits a chicken's reproductive system'. Vegans eat and consume fruits and seeds, which are gathered from the reproductive system of plants. To me, this presents an illogical fallacy.

It would be more reasonable to ask the world to become vegetarians, not vegans.
