when you give money to buy that meat you are giving money for the torture and slaughter of animals, so no your not putting animals above humans unless you also give money to hitmen to just kill random humans because if so i guess i concede the debate xD

i know its torture but even so i do it for self preservation for ideals that can be spread on to others so we can possibly get to a point where animals and plants are not needlessly suffering for food

what ideals does funding the torture of animals represent? your giving money to the people that are causing mass deforestation as well as torturing and murdering these animals thats not ideals i can support personally....

well prime example is when possible I donate money and time to creditable originations that preserve nature and help animals

how does funding the torture of animals and mass deforestation have anything to do with "donating time and money"? wer talking about you buying meat from people that slaughter and abuse animals, not any donating or anything, thats irrelevant can you tell me what ideal you are upholding by purchasing and consuming meat

I'm holding up the ideal that humans essentially the most devastating thing when it comes to the natural order no matter what we do something else is going to suffer there has to be a balance between both in order to have a world in when less suffering happens and by eating animals I'm trying to make that balance happen, it may seem illogical but ones humans get the idea that there must be balance in order have a better future for any kind.

either we go vegan and boom plants suffer because they have some form of feeling pain and we die by the oxygen cycle being disrupted or animals suffer and we may have a chance to live just a bit longer so the idea can come across that hey maybe we should look into artificially grown meats not rely on animals.

i agree but isnt that why we should try and do our best to cause the least suffering we can? to do our best to try and make this world a world we want to live in? to live by our principles and not be swept up in all this despair and just breed into it? lemme ask you this you have to either throw a potted plant off a balcony or a dog off a balcony which do you throw?
