We are entering a massive technological revolution

Well it's good to know that that's something to look out for. I was just concerned because it had me worried that if this person was viewing the contents of my phone through his computer during the call he could be taking pictures or screenshots of personal text messages to family or going through my pictures. That's why I was wondering if these customer service centers now had that type of technology to do that through a simple phone call.

I heard about Sony declaring that going forward it would be a live service company only. After I finally started going digital with my games after years of playing using physical media, I see they showed their hand it's gonna be $100 to effectively Blockbuster it! I mean now that I think about that, yeah! Blockbuster should have gotten ahead of the curb and said, "Hey everyone! Why own when you can perpetually rent! Not only do we want you to pay $20 for only a week's use, but ya better have rewound that cassette or else it's an additional $5 service fee and a potential ban from ever being allowed to rent from this company again!"
