@alephy i never said anyone was burning in hell for being catholic. I didnt say people practicing catholicism were evil either. Thats just you projecting. I said the church itself in my opinion is leading people down the wrong path. Those who have not had the chance to know God will be saved however. I believe the bible mentions that, so children and the like are not sent to hell. Only those who have had the chance to know God and reject him. I have never claimed anyone was going to hell. I am not God.

Its crazy cuz despite all of you speaking out against God im not saying ur gonna burn in hell. Its almost like idc if you reject God. I have tried to convince you to reconnect and if you dont choose thats all you. I will defend my beliefs tho.

About 64% of Americans call themselves Christian today. That might sound like a lot, but 50 years ago that number was 90%, according to a 2020 Pew Research Center study. That same survey said the Christian majority in the US may disappear by 2070. Even the rise of the “nones,” the growing number of Americans who say they don’t care about religion and a growing number of Americans may no longer identify as Christian, but many still care about spiritualism. Just because more Americans are disaffiliating with institutionalized religion; most notably Christian traditions this does not always mean that people are becoming less religious and practice spiritualism like prayer, meditation, yoga and so on.

@daato You're right. Even magick orders like the OTO and other hermetic orders. With chaos magick on the rise, and the increasing availability of this stuff, it's easier for self initiation.

I feel like religion itself does not fit in with the current time. Which is something it predicts will happen. Street preachers and the like go to LGBT events and are attacked sometimes having bibles snatched out and ripped up or even violently attacked. Many come from families that shun homosexuality and thus they hate it. Because basically they cant live the way they want to. But like what was once said "if humans got what they wanted they would not be happy" so we see many homosexuals and trans become unhappy with the way things play out. Ellen paige for example she has transitioned and claims to be happy however anytime you see her she does not. Claims she was attacked for being trans when literally no one cared idk what movie she has been in the last year or so.

@hell_hound7 Believe it or not, a lot of this stuff was expected by astrologers and occultists. Look up the aquarian age, and suddenly the advent of science and decline of religion makes sense. Its not that one is going away, just that this is a period of advancement, polarity, and conflict between old and new. The Piscean age in contrast was much more about the romanticism and high ideals. Which I mean, look at anime from the 90s compared to anime from now.

Anime about cars, sports, friends, school life vs anime about isekai. I mean it appeals to the fantasy of wanting to leave this life and go to a new one where everything is better and magical. It is imo that science and religion can coincide but alot of "scholars" preach to ignore science religion is the only way. Which hurts the cause and causes people to be conflicted because one thing can be proved and the other "cant" but in science the hypothesis exists. I feel like we just havent hit the period in time where we can get the answer. But it has laid out the foundation. See the time on religion is numbered. Its either its right and Jesus returned or it dies out and is replaced with something more absurd.

That's not new though. People always dream about fantasy and a better life.
