Next, “the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God.” The Antichrist will be unveiled by the appearance of the true Christ. “The dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so, we will be with the Lord forever” (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17).
Christians, living at this time, will join with those who died in Christ. For those still on earth, there will be seven trumpet blasts, signaling torments such as “five months of locust who sting like scorpions. Men beg to die but can’t.”
The next trumpet unleashes “an army of two hundred million horsemen” who “kill a third of mankind.” We learn that “the rest of mankind not killed by these plagues did not repent.” An earthquake “destroys a tenth of Jerusalem” killing “seven thousand people.” The remnant “are terrified and give glory to the God of heaven.”
This is followed by “the bowl judgments,” which will be “hideous and swift” leaving behind an unrepentant population, which suffers a final great earthquake where “islands vanish and mountains disappear. Hailstones weighing one hundred pounds each fall from heaven, but men still blasphemed God.”
Finally, “heaven opens and King Jesus, accompanied by His armies of angels [...] strikes the nations with the sword from His mouth” during a brief battle. God’s judgment will be brutal, devastating, terrifying.

Its cited from the website i didnt translate that myself. Thats why i put the source. But i listen to preachers talk about the book of revelations, first Corinthians, Thessalonians, and alot of other scriptures from the bible. I am learning ofc, so im not fluent in my arguments but i know these topics exist.

Again, there's no "s" in revelation.
I meant your source sounded funny "king Jesus", "hundred pound hail stones". But, maybe I'm a bit rusty on things myself.lol
Don't own a bible? Legit question.

I own the king james version yeah. I also owned a teen bible when i was in my teenage years. I didnt quite understand though alot of the stuff in genesis went into great detail about some sort of structure constructed in gold. I believe it was the tabernacle? I didnt quite understand it at the time.

Holy of holies. In the Tabernacle, yes. If I'm not mistaken. It was the place where God's literal presence dwelt and only the priest was allowed. More to it than that, but that's the simplified version.

I didn't say the rapture wasn't mentioned in the new testament i said that's more of the devil taking over and God taking the christians to safety which you literally just restated with direct quotes the logic behind it being since the humans aren't repenting God can't save them from the acts of the devil but if they do repent they are forgiven and God does save them which is why they are allowed to die the last part of that is the final battle between good and evil where Jesus and his army of angels (and i believe dead christians) fight the devil and his army of demons who have taken over

One of the main things my church did is they would constantly tell the kids about the book of revelation as a scare tactic to cause them to continue following the religion in the future because no kid wants to be here when fire rains from the sky

Oh damn i missed this part before but it seems the christians knew people were tampering with the bible adding their own beliefs into the books and removing those they disagree with since in the book of revelation it basically threatens those people with plagues and death if they tamper with this one
