(1:07 AM Tue.) Had a great day yesterday. It was our grandma's birthday on the 23rd, she is officially 71 years old. She got a wearable blanket so she can keep her hands out to do crossword puzzles, she got two new crosswords; one a horror theme and second a fall/autumn word puzzle, she got a Stephen King book and lastly a hand warmer since she easily gets cold. Our parent's also got grandma tickets to see The Birds (1963) in theaters since it was showing on her birthday, but the movie wouldn't play so the theater refunded the money, gave them free snacks and popcorn AND gave 8 free movie tickets so they can choose whatever movie they want to see next time. Anyhow, our grandma chose cheesecake for dessert so our parent's and her went to pick it up at the Cheesecake Factory. And when the rest of our family came home we rented The Birds (1963) on Hulu or wherever it was and it was actually enjoyable to us in a funny way, so yay! https://media.tenor.com/ryYgTyPq1MgAAAAM/the-birds-phone.gif

(4:39 AM Wed.) My mom, sisters, grandma and I also had another great day yesterday! We had to unexpectedly leave to Pennsylvania to our mom's aunts house to get our second car (that we weren't supposed to get today) and it was such a scenic route our GPS took us. We saw beautiful trees of different heights and colors: bright reds, orange, yellow, a golden yellow, burgundy and some green still on the trees. We enjoyed seeing the large land and farms people had! We got to see horses, cows, bulls, chickens and one little sheep grazing on the grass. When we arrived our aunts were so excited to see our mom brought all the girls this time around and of course they immediately tried to feed us. I had cookies, water and left with a whole unopened bag of lime flavored chips and yogurt. XD It was such a beautiful day and so fun too. My twin and I made our eldest sister our chauffeur (she doesn't like other people watching her drive lol, but she needed company UwU. And she had to drive the other car back home of course). We had fun laughing in the car together and we got guacamole for my lime chips, what a great day! https://media.tenor.com/jW4eKAu5jHoAAAAM/fall-aesthetic.gif

(3:42 AM Thu.) Yet again had fun yesterday! This time with the whole family! It was so fun since it's been literally years since we've all been able to go out together, so that made my family and I really happy. We went to Watkins Park and retook a picture on the same tree we sat on seven years ago. Our mom started crying about how her babies are bigger now and how we don't need her anymore (just because I decided to do my own hair today), but that's lies, we will always need and want her UsU. We also immediately went to the park to play on the swings because even though 5/6 of us are adults we are kids at heart and still love swings XD. We had fun playing on the swings and running around together, and before the fun police came to kick people out the playground we played a game of tag/hide and seek with our dad before having to go and I went down the slide afterwards. Oh! I almost forgot to add he pushed us on the swings and ended up pulling a muscle...we aren't as small as before and he's not as young *insert sobbing face here*. He didn't regret it though since we had fun lol, what a fun day! https://media.tenor.com/iy_TONrPEA8AAAAM/komi-cant-communicate-komi-san.gif

Good times go by fast. Enjoy every minute!! Me and my mom often talk about "back then". Very fond memories.

@rtae86 I know! My family and I definitely know how to make every moment count if nothing else XD

I envy what you seem to have, really. Closeness? With my family? Ha! So, treasure it, nurture it and keep it strong so that when you/they get older you/your siblings have families, all of you can still enjoy that bond that only family can truly bring.

@yaasshat We definitely will, thank you. And we have had lots of moments where we would have/could have split up, but, as we tend to say to each other: "family is more important than any arguments or misunderstandings." Talking and communicating goes a very long way. No family is perfect :3 and ours (like any other family) has had it's hiccups and wrong doings, but those times of struggle only made us stronger and closer. Anyway, thank you for the kind words Ya-Ya and I have hope one day things will work out for you too...even if it's starting small :3

(9:49 AM Thu.) Had a very fun day yesterday. Twas the twin's birthday yesterday and we all woke up to see her reaction to how many gifts she got this year (she got 35 in total), she at first reacted to her decorations which was a forest theme with mushrooms and butterflies (her two favorite nature things). We got freshly made donuts for breakfast (3 dozen boxes) and chocolate milk. Then I took a shower in preparation to go out for dinner and when I came out there was appetizers, which was tempura, beef and vegetable dumplings and chicken-vegetable egg rolls. Then for dinner our sister was surprised with Ruby Tuesday, which she always wanted to go to when she was a kid, it was pretty good and the waitress was nice. What a great day! https://media.tenor.com/RnipbsIwNasAAAAM/nogi-wakaba-relax.gif

(4:29 AM Fri.) Went to my baby brother's basketball practice yesterday...and y'all...HE IS SO GOOOOODDDD!!! Man, only if you could witness the skill my boy had! He is great at defense and tailing people, we came up with a few basketball names for him. There was Tailgate Jo, Motorboat (he has very large feet XD) and there was at least one more but I can't remember. Our baby brother ended up distracting the one coach teaching his group (there were three other boys he was training with), and got the coach hype while playing with them. Baby brother held his arms out to block the coach, smacked the ball back when the man tried to throw it, then grabbed the ball and while having the coach all in his space he dodged the man's attempts at getting the ball, and get this, made a ONE HANDED SHOT! Me and my family proceeded to scream and cheer at the sheer skill from Tailgate Jo and he got the coach to smile from it as well. We were talking on the sidelines about how speedy our brother is, how good he is at handling the ball, how he's great at defense and even his issues. He is way bigger than the boys he trained with and older (he's only thirteen) and we could see him holding back since he remembers our mom telling him to be gentle with younger kids, but he was a good sport and gave the younger trainees a chance to learn defense and blocking/smacking the ball. Also we gave basketball names to the other boys as well, together they are Tailgate Jo, Ring Pop (this kid was playing with a RP in his mouth), Jersey Shore and Jersey (like the shirt). We felt pride at the coach not really having to correct our baby brother and even using him to help him teach the other kids sksksk. This is getting long but I love talking about my family lol. He was so good and even though it's just practice for him our opinion and support means so much to him. Plus, our family is practicing for when he has a real game and we'll be his cheerleaders. ^^ https://media.tenor.com/5YrossZJ2DAAAAAM/aomine-daiki-vorpal-swords.gif https://media.tenor.com/8Jufvn_ZGLAAAAAM/girls-und-panzer-cheerleader.gif

(3:26 AM Sat.) Woke up from a nap at 9-something to my baby brother coming inside asking me where the phone is and can he see it. I asked him why and the reason was his friend he was playing with accidentally kicked his right pinky finger in so badly it started swelling and turning a green/blue. Our parents were out so I texted our mom and she immediately replied by asking for a picture. Now they've been gone for hours because they went to urgent care for his finger but the people wouldn't let them in so they had to drive down to a childrens hospital, to which they were put on a 7 hour wait and just got his X-rays in and are waiting for his finger diagnosis to be said to them. Got to give it to my baby brother, he didn't cry and instead relaxed on the couch while waiting for our parents to return with an ice pack on it lol. But I felt so uncomfortable looking at his finger, I hate seeing people with injuries https://media.tenor.com/n0vg3RJbK7UAAAAM/maomao-apothecary-diaries.gif
