@kuharido the need to socialize online and check ones notifications everyday is a greater addiction to most then to others. Simply taking a break does not help unless you ask yourself why you want to stray away from the site. For me it was because I was feeling toxic and I thought it was a waste of time, a nice balance with everything helps me care about more things then just who wants to chat.

@joemama711 I do pretty well compartmentalizing. I also think this whole "online isn't real" contributes. People have always found distractions. We're real people replying here. Is anyone talking to each other in this pic?
