Tl; dr judge has no balls and won't make a ruling because media pressure and defense is either really stupid or playing 5d chess for motioning for mistrial without prejudice

Most of the charges were dropped except the homicide ones, but i think they were expecting a quick decision and theres possibly a hung jury. If they went with mistrial with prejudice, they wouldnt be able to try kyle for the same things as it would be double jeopardy. to my understanding anyways. Not sure whats happening now

@solid_snake95 The jury still hasn't made a decision and resumes at I think 8am tomorrow. You may have already heard this, but the big issue of the day is the video evidence from the drone. The persecution had a 11.2mb high res version of it, but the one they gave to the defense was a 3.6mb lower res version of it. The defense claims the persecution did not reveal they had this higher res video until after the trial was over. The persecution claims that it was somehow inadvertently compressed when it was sent via email and, according to Kraus "We didn't compress anything, we didn't change anything," Imo, this is total bullshit. Even giving the persecution the benefit of the doubt on whether they are telling the truth, it is THEIR RESPONSIBILITY to ensure the defense get an accurate copy of the evidence they had. I watch both vids and the difference in quality is VERY obvious. The persecution would've immediately noticed this and should've said something right away. The fact that they did not proves this was intentional on their part.

Basically since they had a poor trial on their part they are gonna use their last option of tampering with the video evidence for the defense and lemme guess they gave the jury the high res video themselves.
