    "The burden of proof is on you to prove the absence of issues as the proponent of the evidence". I don't understand this. Why isn't the burden of proof on the person making the claim? The claim has to do with the device not the image (the evidence). You can't prove the absence of something, you can only discover the presence of something. I'm amazed how that guy spewing random ass technical jargon has derailed this so much.
