There’s a big difference between being prejudice and being racist. They aren’t the same.
Using the right word does matter.
Otherwise you’re devaluing the true meaning of the word. And even though it’s a real issue of prejudice, people who think it’s obviously not an actual race issue will blow it and you off as being full of it.
“I’m not racist. If you call me racist, I won’t acknowledge anything you say or any point you make. Why should I, you’re slandering me and calling me a racist.” It’s causes that kind of mentality.

I know it’s a serious issue, but this is a hilarious video. Contents aside, the comedic value of baby videos like this make AI worth it.
I also think this may be an accurate depiction of Trump’s maturity level.

Yep, racism is a form of prejudice. But prejudice covers a much wider spectrum than just racism.
Example:
You can be prejudice against Gothic culture, and not be racist. You can be prejudice against Catholic priests, and not be racist.
If you call someone racist when race has nothing to do with it. You’re not addressing the actual issue.

I know. I'm prejudice against Israel from a geopolitical standpoint, and Hamas as well. Doesn't mean I hate jews or the Sunni. I'm also not a big fan of China or Russia. Some of my online friends come from those nations. So what's this issue I'm not addressing? I didn't leave out shit. But let's backpedal just a bit. What was the thing you were talking about? The voting ID thing?
Oh yes, Systemic racism? Bitch, I'm Appalachian. Location is a big part of the issue you left out. When people, say those of darker complexion, or those who were deemed the "Less white", according to a turn of the century idea called Eugenics, are forced to live in segregated areas like ghettoes, or the hills, trade and revenue tends to stagnate or leave the area, resulting in poverty which makes it hard to get any sort of momentum in escaping said areas.
Now let's get back to the voter ID thing. Inherently, that is not racist. What it is is a slap in the face of democracy, if anything. But who does it target? Those with less resources, less access to the world, and less knowledge. In low income neighborhoods, the focus is usually surviving to the next paycheck. The good jobs aren't in your area. So you're probably working 12 hour shifts from 7 to 7. Work basically becomes your life at that point. By the time you make it out, most municipal offices are closed. And they open after you wake up and head to work. In a lot of cases, you have to call off work for a day to get the beaurocratic shit situated. And if you have kids, this is even harder to manage. That means you take a day off work when you're already surviving with minimal disposable income. And a lot of these places don't do PTO. So you really have to care a LOT about democracy or a particular issue to take a day off work just to register for what should be a constitutional right to cast a vote.
Add to that, poorer places tend to have a problem that normally only urban explorers need to deal with called LEAD PAINT. When that shit ages, it crumbles, it gets all over your hair and on your clothes, and somehow often ends up in our hands when we try to eat something. You know what ingesting led paint does to kids, right? Just another thing to worry about when most of your money goes to sink holes like the crumbling water pipes in your building. Add to that, disabilities have a tendency to go undiagnosed out here. And since a lot of the people still in these low income neighborhoods have been there for generations, a lot of us tend to be minorities who remain unable to escape these generational cesspits our ancestors were vacuumed into due to inherently racist policies of classic America long before we got our shit together.
That the important part that was left out? Basic anthropology?

Asking for an ID isn’t a race issue. Appalachian isn’t a race. You’re proving my point for me.
Discrimination against a group based on location is prejudice. So make the argument saying that there’s a prejudice against this or that. And that these issues need to be addressed in the voter ID laws.
Again saying it’s racism doesn’t address the issue.
And complaining you have to take time off work is the laziest argument you could make. Welcome to being an adult and having to do adult shit.
Because of the nature of my job, it’s extremely hard for me to take off work also. But I have to anyways every time I have to go to the DMV to get my license renewed, plates and tags taken care of, or get a vehicle inspection. That’s something everyone has to do. That’s not a race thing either.
Or are trying to tell me that because of lead paint, you can’t make it to the DMV to get a drivers license? Because that’s when most voter registration is taken care of. You have to have all the same paperwork to get your license as you would for voter registration. You don’t have to re-register to vote every year. The only time you have to re-register is when you move, because you’re voting district changes and you have to be registered in your district. That’s already the law. The only change is requiring a photo ID. Which is still not a race issue. No race is prevented from getting a photo ID.

White people mostly are not gonna baby other races because there intelligence is vulnerable. They will hold you to the standard that they hold for themselves. Though that standard most people need help reaching due to circumstances. They believe in pulling yourself up by your own boot straps. And, if you don't meet the the basic standard of intelligence they most likely won't respect you or have sympathy for you.
I follow them because they lead the world though I don't know where we going. I got the message loud and clear they said strength and intelligence beyond circumstances. Other races have to get the strength and intelligence to go beyond there circumstances. I know the circumstances are rough and the intelligence gap is wide. But, they not gonna hold your hand. Once I knew of my weakness I started following them and observing them.
I have a feeling the Elites despise the whole circumstance thing. Because it breads weakness and excuses that they pay out of pocket for. Even though they had there hand in creating the circumstances with there manipulation of those vulnerable in intelligence. Although some circumstances can't be beat but here in America we have a chance to be more than our circumstances. Also, lots of people do nothing to change there circumstances I think the elites are tired of that. Though some people try and still can't beat there circumstances and just really need some help.
It would of been more effective when there were safety nets to correct the influence in the spear of influence to be more positive. Though people make there own choices to watch or listen to more positive things but a positive influence psyop would of maybe changed hearts to be more susceptible to positive influence. But, what do I know. They said strength Through Adversity so I don't know why everyone not in overdrive to analyze white people and follow them closely enough to know what's going on. I knew I had to follow them because I was vulnerable in my intelligence. And, there was a intelligence gap that could be taken advantage of. The elites won't pick the way for the vulnerable in intelligence to be taken care of information wise. So they can be without cognitive faults. And, they won't correct there influence on impressionable minds. The games we play are not more important than the minds lost in the spear of influence.
And, whites mostly won't have sympathy on you or respect for you for being caught broken and with cognitive faults. They mostly don't resist the flow of the elites. The ones that do most of the times not all there but they heart in the right place. They try to be leaders but tolerate there bullshit and can't be a good example of another way. Which let me know they not serious. I tolerate no bullshit. I'm always serious. I'm always evolving filling in the gaps in intelligence and my ability to grasp wtf is going on around me and in myself. Cause I know how important it is. I can't stop anything from happening but I will track the truths of our deaths. We all play a part in it. I learned alot from white people. Don't get me wrong I don't hate white people in fact I love them I just see how important it is to understand them because of there sway on the world. Honestly I think they have more potential than they know. I think we all do. I wish we could see that. And, take a chance on our collective potential.

I think you’re giving white people too much credit. We aren’t that smart. It’s more a cultural practice that we seem to be losing.
I think there’s two important factors causing the intelligence gap you’re talking about. Our public education system is flat out failing our children. They’re being taught to just follow along, rather than to think critically and question everything. I think some people are more likely to pull their kids out of public education and send them to private schools.
Secondly, I think culture plays a huge role in children’s education. The mentality of the people around them. Whether or not they believe they can achieve more, or if they feel they’re stuck so why bother trying. And also the expectation of discipline in school and devotion to their studies.
As far as adversity is concerned, you have 2 choices. You can pull yourself up and rise above it, or you can use it as an excuse and let it define you.
I have 2 brothers. They both had the same opportunities to succeed. And they both went opposite directions down that path. One has for the most part succeeded in life through sheer effort, while the other is drinking himself to death in self pity.
It’s an age old debate of nurture vs nature. You’re putting too much emphasis on nature, maybe because it’s something we can’t help and have little control over. It’s an easy excuse to justify your limitations, that it just can’t be helped. I’m guilty of that too. My social anxiety is my nature. It’s my excuse.
But don’t discount the importance of nurture and the culture of the people around you. People who rise above adversity normally have someone in their life telling and showing them they can. Or they have a strong desire not to be the bad example that exists in their life.
