The most recent guy on JRE was talking about things like this. Haven't finished the podcast but he didn't have good things to say about android phones.

But i dont like the fact phones have moved away from the ability to remove batteries. Like idk if this was to curb crime or tampering with the device but its very inconvenient

@hell_hound7 Like I said, I haven't finished it, but the fact that he was going hard on android and didn't mention iPhone piqued my curiosity. Apparently androids upload various personal details to the internet 60 times an hour, so roughly once every minute. Involves Google so I suspect, it's as you described, they want to know what you're into, what you're talking about, what you're searching for so they know what to feed you for ads and merchandise. I got to like the second paragraph and stopped reading. They just needed to throw the "most were white" like wtf does a protest about vaccines have to do with skin color. Is this really the world we live in now. I blame every lazy ass person who used race and "heritage" to try and get free hand outs. Reparations my ass, you know what i tell my friend as a joke "you white people promised me land and a mule i want my reparations" thats how silly that stuff sounds. Also yeah ofc people are tired of vaccine and mask mandates because they arent working. How many people need to die from covid while being vaccinated before we realize you cannot stop this virus this way. Maybe if once they got a hold on this virus they eased up restrictions like florida did people would be more careful about spreading. But nah every government offical wants to be some kind of hero or maybe they want to control the masses idk which but its annoying.
