I have an ancestor that was wanted by George Washington. The man who killed him presented my ancestor's scalp to the President and was given a rifle in return. That's probably the most interesting one I have.

But I also have ancestors that fought in the Revolutionary War. So I guess it evened out some how.

Again, Pedigree laws are still around. Even if they aren't as enforced as they used to. Already had my rant about that when it came to Appalachia. "Oh, you're scotch-irish? And your kid got one drop of -insert brown race- in your blood!" *Boots to the hills.*

I honestly dont know where my black heritage comes from. A majority of my family is puerto rican save for my dad and grandfather. Idk where my grandfather is from but my dad is from St. Kitts another island which not in US territory i believe. So yeah its a toss up.

The ancestor I have that fought in the revolution was named Great Great Great Great Grandpa Gordon who was a Sergeant
