@mountain_tiger no, a monarchy isn't necessarily detrimental, whereas communism and nazism are. its a leftist ideology, not a left wing ideology. its for the far left, not moderate leftists like me, and not for the majority if left wing people. they are an offshoot that is widely ignored and discreditited, much like nazism on the right. if i brought up the racism of the far right to explain why people don't think privilege exists, that would be me strawmanning a right ideology to make it look as stupid as possible and it would be disingenuous and ultimately useless. why explain a communists reasoning when I'm giving a rational explanation. in my opinion you were doing the least charitable explanation purposefully because you either don't understand the moderate angle or just wished to make it sound as worse as possible.

Republics are a type of democracy, and anyone who tells me 'we don't live in a democracy, we live in a republic' is like saying "She's not Asian, she's chinese chinese or something". An actual thing I heard come out of some one's mouth before. Yes, Communism is on the left. Socialism is actually in the middle as far as most of the world is concerned, so technically Lamby and American Liberalism should be considered center right.

Eehh. Not necessarily. Trads can defend Republics with zero popular representation. The FTPs (Fourth Political Theory) are such example. They aren't prominent, but they do exist. Mussolini himself deposed the Italian King and made his own Republic to try and LARP the ancient Romans. And no way in all hells it had anything that resembled a Democracy.
