I agree. If someone already knew what they had to do to reach the outcome they saw then that justifies why Eren did what he did. To Eren he believes his end justifies the means. He is obsessed by his pursuit for freedom. The look on his face talking to reiner showed he knew what was about to happen and he did not want to but he wanted "to keep moving forward until he destroys his enemies"

Reiner was manipulated day 1 when he was born by his mother to gain honorary marlyian citizenship and get the father back, his father hates both him and his mother, he got bullied for not being good enough as a kid, worked hard just to get sent to hell, causes the death of marcel, forces Annie and Bertholdt to continue the mission slaughtering innocents still being the children they are, reiner develops split personality disorder mimicking marcel as a leader, makes new friends, kills some of his new friends while betraying the rest of them to hate his guts, so called friend eren curses him to an unspeakable death with Bertholdt, loses annie (he presumes she is dead or constantly tortured being a POW), gets his ass whooped by zeke after thinking he was top shit, loses Bertholdt after failing his mission, and comes back home to Galliard being an asshole to him blaming him alone for his brother's death and the mission failing. I would be fucked up to being him. Damn. PTSD doesn't begin to describe it.

Also pieck fanboys spoiled her "death" for me. This last episode i already knew what was gonna happen simply because you cant have fanboys for a character that dies super early.
