i KNOW why the rates are so high and it has to do with intersectionality just curious if panpan knows

Mental health is tricky, and while i do work in mental health currently. I am just gonna say a combination of male treatment especially by other males, loneliness because males have no avenue dedicated to support for other males. For example on reddit there is a community called foreveralone women but there isnt one for men. Also the way women treat men. I have seen a woman beat up a dude and gain no repercussions.

How an i avoiding the division? I literally said he didnt do anything to quell people's anger and immediately said what makes you think Biden can do better.

@hell_hound7 would you say men being unable to express certain emotions and being looked down upon for things like crying is a big reason?

@hell_hound7 awesome, so ill ask now why are they not allowed to show these "weaknesses"? why are men told to never cry, why are they told to bottle those emotions up?

lamby while what you said is true, it is veeery vague. it's like saying people die cuz of aging. certainly we all have our own lifespan and live through different experiences (which sometimes can shorten our lifespan) However when it comes to suicide we should take a closer approach and see what they all have in common. I really liked the answer from panda. not that im smart or anything. i'm just talking for myself and out of my own experience~

50% suicides by men use firearms for method and while men are 3-4x more successful at suicide than women, women are 3-4x more likely to attempt suicide (and not be successful). Men prob own more guns. Women like pills. Higher rate of surviving an overdose than a bullet to the head.
