2020 US Presidential Election

The US wasn't doing well before Trump.. it won't do well after. Voting for Biden won't solve the US's problems.. but I'd probably vote for him rather than Trump if I was a US citizen.

The unfortunate reality is that Trump will win this election. Not just Trump, but the Republican party has already taken full control over all the important parts of government such as the Senate and the Supreme Court. - With Trump's recent sickness, which he will easily recover from, the Republicans will move forward with cutting aid from those who have stayed quarantined. They will say that if the President himself didn't die of the virus then there is no reason for people not to work like normal. - I myself have not been quarantined at all since the beginning and have been exposed to all manner of people. - My own 70 year old father works as a door greeter at a store. My 60 year old mother with health problems which include breathing difficulties still works with the public as a cashier. - None of us have died or been hospitalized. - I am aware that a group of some will get sick and some have died. However to those in power it does not equal enough of a threat to them to do anything other than make a profit selling the cure to a problem they may have had a hand in. - Not saying the Republicans are in a conspiracy. Those corporations that are really calling the shots are the ones telling them what they will say or do along side the Democrats as well. - That said this is not exclusive to the United States, European Union, China, Israel, Saudi Arabia, or Russia. Each country will attempt to cover its own ass to dodge their own responsibility, yet that changes little to us common folk. - But yeah, Trump and the Republicans win this round with a front row seat to the shit show that's about to go down. Godspeed!

As if the desaster of voting during the coronavirus wasn't bad enough one of the debate-ees now has coronavirus. What are we going to do now? Debate via a zoom meeting?

What most people been doing for the last 20 years. Does anyone even talk to people face to face anyway? They're better off sending emojis as their debate rebuttal.

@gonebythenight i mean, can you be more specific? in what way? i was alive for Obama and i was in highschool but my families financial life was fine? the only bad effect we felt was that after my moms raise we juuust entered a higher tax bracket that increased our taxes that was shit, and i still keep that in mind but the economy was good, and good economy = good lives for the average citizens in my opinion
