Im not the best righty lamby for that. Im very meh on Reganomics and free market fundamentalism in its purest form is trash. Too much corporatism left and right for there to be a wide difference either way.
momoichi
kek nice meme but seriously what in his policy dont you like
momoichi
why be regnomics when its proven wrong?

I don’t like pence cuz he looks dumb tbh. Same reason why I didn’t like Hillary. I don’t like Bernie, trump, Bush etc. Intuition tells me things will always be socially and culturally bad from here on out regardless of the economy even before 2016 we were divided
hell_hound7
Tax increases, defunding police, the fact that he basically has obama and Hillary whispering in his ear.
momoichi
do you really thinkhes going to defund the police? not allocate resources to other social programs to assist the police?

@momoichi For the Iran deal, it stopped them from enriching uranium for only a set amount of time. I don't remember all the details of the deal, only that it was extremely lop-sided with the U.S. and allies making so many concessions just to get the deal done. As far as Indian labor goes, Trump recently signed an order for increased scrutiny for outsourcing foreign Indian labor. Personally, I'm all for it. It's great to keep american jobs like QA testing and white collar jobs here in America rather than paying somebody across the sea for dimes on the dollar. As far as manufacturing goes, I don't think India is the manufacturing powerhouse yet. I wouldn't be opposed to outsourcing some manufacturing there.

https://www.nytimes.com/2018/09/17/us/politics/trump-china-tariffs-trade.html “For months, we have urged China to change these unfair practices, and give fair and reciprocal treatment to American companies,” Mr. Trump said. “We have been very clear about the type of changes that need to be made, and we have given China every opportunity to treat us more fairly. But, so far, China has been unwilling to change its practices.” White House officials said on Monday that China could win relief from the tariffs by acceding to the administration’s trade demands, including allowing American companies greater access to the China market and dropping its requirement that American companies hand over valuable technology to Chinese partners. Officials said the United States would only continue trade negotiations if the Chinese were “serious” about giving ground on those issues. ---------- This is the move that kicked off the trade war. Both economies were effected, however long term I think this is him putting his foot down. It needed to happen to improve trade for the future.
