There are a number of police departments that have a higher rate of corruption and both the Senate and the local leaders need to have a serious sit down talk. - That said I agree Donald is not helping by playing devil's advocate and stirring the pot. - Rioters are mostly accountable for their actions. It is correct to protest, but that means doing your homework and going after the town mayors and local delegates. They call the shots in terms of funding and reform. - Most riot protesters are college students or young people in their 20's who have never fought any other civil rest in their life before. They think standing in a road yelling pushes things legally in their favor but it isn't enough. You have to go to your state's representative offices and bug the ever living hell out of them to start pushing for state law to change. - The federal government is in no way allowed to override the local police without first declaring a state of emergency and drafting the police of that area into the military.

so now ill ask if that was footage from all the protests or just cherry picked from the riots you do know that the blm protests this year were the biggest in American history right? so your saying every single one of those protesters, or even the majority, were part of the riots?
