They can definitely set it up based on athletic ability or tiers but it would cause a lot more hassle than just having 2 sections. A male and a female one. @personalmaidservice It's definitely not all of them. But there are some that have switched and they've been winning the competitions and completely destroying the females or males within the sport.

i think people shouldnt be measured on gender, but ability because you have women that are born genetic freaks and are just stronger/faster how is that different than a trans person whos born with thicker bones? its an argument i could easily contest too though as i haven't researched it enough just seems like as long as the trans person has regressed/progressed enough to be like the other competitors, i dont care

I mean there could be an all gender league but then people would complain about discrimination or something. The internet is wack even if we made hypothetical thrid category saying anyone can join of their own volition of certain sports it just lead to a whole bunch of political and internet shit storm so idk what we would do

yeah the subject still has a lot to be researched as medical trans individuals are fairly new and the research is still going on but at the moment, and while I'm open to being proven wrong, i think as long as the person competes the same they should be included because i just cant agree, yet, that all trans people should be excluded, because that's the logical conclusion we'll see as more research comes out though, like i said it might just have to be that way until we have better procedures to more affectively assimulate one sex to another gender
