Protein shake time with Dyadka and Sparkie!

@wik A run before working out, would wear me out a little. I want to save up energy for the main strenght workout.

You got me completely beat on strength. I got decent cardio. I ride my bicycle almost everyday for an hour to an hour and a half. I don't even ride it for exercise. I do it more as personal discipline. Almost everyday on the dot. At the same time. Rain or shine, I ride.

I only did stairmaster and some ab workout when the gyms were open. I haven't done anything since March D: Been trying to do some type of a routine at home, but I have been lazy. I might not fit on my door soon xD

I’ll be going to the gym again from my 3 year break of it. This time I’ll make sure to start things slow because I always go in full force and end up getting myself completely sore to the max where I cannot reach up to get myself a cup to pour a drink in
