For those that dont know twitter had a controversy surrounding the sharing of underage pornography amongst certain groups. it took months of people complaining for them to do something about it.

@hell_hound7 It was a direct copy and paste from the article. But yes, it is a good thing. 3 women filed a suit against Facebook from when they were trafficked as teenagers. I don't know if they received a settlement or anything, I haven't done a deep dive. Facebook actually tried using section 230 to defend themselves.

Wow, I had no idea those things were happening on those platforms. Obviously very positive that it's being addressed. I'm a bit curious what they will deem to be a reasonable level of effort at remove those kinds of people.
