I might have an idea. Archer, what kind of confessions are you hoping for? Vargas? Why don't we come up with a list of questions for people to answer as a confession. That might encourage more people to open up about something you want to know from them that they wouldn't provide normally unless someone asked. Like "What is the worst thing you have ever done?" "What is the quality you love/detest most about different personas?" Just spitballing.
