133. "I rencently made a confession stating my sadness and disatisfaction with life. I don't want to scare anyone. I also had kind of a somber week, and something made me snap. I want to assure everyone that I am trying to be happy. I'm trying to be social. I'm trying to interact with people. I'm trying so not be sad. I'm trying to be better. And it's not a matter of smart or dumb. Depression is very nasty and talls control of your brain and makes you feel all sorts of negative things, you might not normally. I've delt with "depression" a lot. For literally years.And it's possible my fustration, sadness, and anger turned into depression over the years. I wasn't always sad, and I've never been diagnosed, but I'm almost certain depression is what I have, and from the tests I've taken It's a pretty bad case. But just know that I'm human and don't like hurting anymore than anyone else does. Pain sucks. I know I shouldn't hate myself, or my appearence, but a lot of the time when things get bad I do. Whether I like it or not. I don't have control of what I feel when it takes over. But I am learning to love myself more, and learning that not everyone is out to get me. Getting better is nice, but it takes time.I want you all to know how much you guys have helped me grow as a person.I love you all. I will always be grateful, and I don't think I could repay you guys enough fir helping me find happiness.And no they're not suicide notes lmao.They're just me confessing.So dramatic. Probably won't post anything like this again so know I'm doing better and doing ok."
