Only anime i will say have better dubs is older things like lupin or desert punk but that might just be because i knew that first. I'd also argue DBZ because i grew up with that, plus not a fan of goku's jap voice x3.

Some dubs are great, then there are those that are terrible. I can always enjoy sub.

I've always subscribed to the idea that a work is best viewed as it was intended by the director(s). So, since certain voice actors were cast for a reason, I will adhere to that first. English Dubbed voice actors are too few, so I end up going "Oh, it's him/her" more than I do with Subs.

subs are the knee jerk reaction, but the dubs for dragon ball, samurai champloo, cowboy bebop and a few other is decent i think shinigami-sama from soul eater had the worst dub i have ever heard in my life very rarely theres an anime that sounds better in dub, and i think that anime is fullmetal alchemist iv heared the sub version and both al and eds voice sound like aids naruto was also dubbed really well, but maybe im bias because i grew up with naruto dub but narutos voice is so high pitched in the japanese version

Great responses everyone!

Dubs for two reasons. One, I process information better through sound. And two, I tend to multitask.
