Otaku rules

I have been an otaku for many years and I have to say that there should be certain rules just like how in zombieland There are rules of how to survive it. I have a few rules of my own but I also want to see other people's rules as well. 1. Know your anime 2. Understand what you like. 3. Always have the right equipment when going to a kpop/jpop concert. 4. Don't get scammed by sellers. 5. Understand your comfort zone when it comes to a convention. 6. Beware of shippers 7. Over 9000 jokes should only be used at the right significant moments because it's been overused too many times. 8. Be able to take criticism in the anime fandom as you never want to know when a haters going to try and hate. 9. Believe in yourself and the anime that you love because you never know when it's going to get a another season. 10. Understand that pirating anime is wrong and it should never be done because that hurts the industry along with those that are trying to make anime for said manga. 11. Never forget that an anime could end today but the manga could go on further. 12. Keep your stuff nice and clean and keep it in mint condition. 13. Always know that I'm a maid teacher is always the best teacher. 14. It's never too late to become stronger than you were before thanks to anime. 15. Motivate yourself to finish an anime and if you can't finish save it for later then come back to it when you're ready.

what the majority of otakus pirate their anime most wouldnt even watch anime if they had to buy the blueray or manga that being said you should support the companies by buying the manga and anime to collection along with merch, but rule 10 doesnt really fit

anime has a stark disadvantage when it comes to consistent quality it has a budget to worry about as well as the quality of the company behind it manga is just as good as its mangaka, anime has to be as good as the mangaka, company, and budget i WOULD say one punch man is a close contender but bones fucking slaughtered that last season maybe mob could be considered better? the style of ones art really shines in the animation, maybe more so than in his own manga

hmm well, in my opinion, it's pretty unfair to even compare the 2...cause anime itself has aspects where it triumphs the manga as you see in mob..and then manga has it's detailed art aspects where you can't show in the anime with a finite budget ^^

hmm well obviously the manga art is obviously more detailed cause the mangaka gets more time just for a single chapter...whereas in anime its completely different where even to animate that single chapter with the same detailed impressions will take a longer time (by this i mean a huge difference in the effort and the time it would take) to complete...well this is not possible for anime studios since they stream an episode every week..and each episode contain more than one chapter usually ^^
