@Rei, it is specifically labeled as not-income so is not subject to income tax. Its an advanced fully-refundable tax credit. Yesterday at Walmart while waiting in line, the guy in front of me turned around and said with a loud voice, “Why don’t you vack up?! Why don’t you back up?!” I was in a good mood that day, but this guy pissed me off. He had anger in his voice. If he was so worried about this, why would he go to Walmart of all places? He could have sent someone to pick things up for him or he could have politely asked me to take a few steps back.
