Loneliness

Does anyone feel like ranting about the Internet and how disconnected it makes you feel? Or am I gonna have to do it :/ I know, by the way. No one asked foe this, but I'm asking you. Are you gonna rant or no??

While it does connect people in a certain way. People need the direct person to person interaction. Kind of like calling your parents on the phone is completely different from visiting them. Engaging all of the senses when interacting with people is important. Seeing them, hearing them, touch with a handshake or a hug, smell. Now don't go over and sniff them because that is creepy and strange, but people do have their natural scents and you remember that. Only one you should not engage is taste, because tasting people is rather... disturbing outside of the bedroom. It is one of the reasons I don't have a smartphone. So I can interact with people and environments without any sort of distraction. Now if only I could get rid of the cellphone completely so work can't bother me at all times of the day.

Irl, I just feel lonely...so I go online to talk to people so. Online sometimes makes me lonely. Sometimes log off and not talk to anyone because of it .

The internet helps people connect, but it disconnects you from real life. Of course, Internet = real life, but you get what I mean. It makes you interact less with people near you, effectively, making you lonelier.

the only recent time loneliness bothered me was yesterday when my friends promised they were gonna play a few games w/ me (twas my birthday) but they ditched and didnt even play anything kek. otherwise, before and after that i kind of dropped the feeling of it. probably more so because im used to it at this point and really dont mind it. ever since i started working, one of my coworkers changed me a bit. im much more honest and barely care about what people say about me. ima be honest i feel much more excluded on the internet then irl. which goes to show what kind of online friends i have kek. but onto the topic at hand, feeling disconnected or connected with the internet. it really depends on how you feel about it. it varies from person to person. personally the only problem with me is just i dont leave my room much, or talk to anyone irl much minus my coworkers bc i work 6 days a week and around 7-8 hrs everyday with them. anyways thats about it gamer. pretty epic.
