I saw a carton of eggs that said "cage free." When is the last time you seen an egg get up and walk away? Also, it is important that health standards are practiced as humanely as possible to ensure the best quality product. I do not condone making an animal suffer any longer than it must, however no animal would think twice about killing a human if threatened or hungry. Live eating a balanced diet of meat and vegetables because humans are omnivorous!
