What is the meanest thing you have ever done as a kid?

What is the meanest thing that you can remember you did as a kid? For me, it was when I was in daycare and I had no awareness that the world didn't belong to me. All the toys at the daycare were mine and I was the one to give the other kids the privilege of using them. When I saw a kid in the sandbox playing with a toy truck, I just walked over and grabbed it and walked away. I felt absolutely nothing as he cried. I had no malice towards him. He was just another cog in my way. I had no empathy as a kid. Once it developed in me I felt very guilty. Anyone else have a similar experience as a kid?

I used to step on my neighbours' crops and flowers and pick a fight with the boys by calling them mean things (which i can't recall) up until 6th grade.

I once fed our old dog chicken with hot sauce. He had to lick an entire water bowl to cool his mouth.

A guy called me stupid in class during senior year and called him out on how he has no friends and stuff. He started to cry and my whole class laughed at him.... But tbh he shouldn't called me a "stupid B---"
