GUYS ADVICE NEEDED

Hello male species, I need you to lend an ear and some words of wisdom please (I won't be mad at memes either). So usually society is like, "The guy makes the first move" blah blah blah... How do you feel about a girl making the first move? Is it a possibility?! Is it weird? Theres this guy I like at work, problem? Um never talked to him, have no mutual friends, we don't even work in the same department, so here I am thinking, HOW DO I GET SENPAI TO NOTICE ME!?!?! I can't seem to make a "natural" opportunity to talk to him... He checks all my boxes, tall, glasses, and I think a good taste in shows, judging from the t shirts he wears (which are so cool btw). Sadly I'm awkward, like I'm a chatterbox and somewhat outgoing, but when it comes to guys I like, I forget the english language, so any advice from a guy's prospective?

Honestly guys are much more simpler than women XD even a little compliment can make a guys week lol all you gotta do when you see him wearing a cool shirt just like casually be like "hi cool shirt, i love that show" or something, like its super easy to approach a guy as a grill lmao there is like no pressure when it comes to us. Or you can do the prolonged approach where you see him and smile and say hi and after a while its almost like you guys know each other XD it wont be awkward if you walk up and talk to him. Or maybe he will talk to you either way its a win
