What are your paranormal experiences?

Walking in a dim-lighted area and always seeing someone following me thru the corner of my right eye. Turn around and no one's there. Again start walking, again see that someone. Keep jogging until I somehow manage to lose him

sleep paralysis, and it felt like someone is trying to be on top of me! and another sleep paralysis but the corner infront of me felt darker, as if someone was standing there looking at me. but as my sleep paralysis got undone, the corner didnt look as dark as it is anymore! and my sleep paralysis only happens if theres no light on as i sleep (yes now im a pussi and keep my light on)

Yeah... So... Life is kinda a paranormal experience for me. They all just kinda blur together, and I literally don't know where to begin on that topic. Well, I met an empath at work the other day. The real deal. (Even though empaths are kinda a dime a dozen as far as spiritualists are concerned.) Like normally I have to explain to empaths some basic energy manipulation (Psi balls, shields, that sort of really basic psionics that perplexingly a lot of people that are way overboard about spirituality don't seem to know about for some reason.) and how to guard themselves, but this one was a lot further along than most I meet. She unfortunately worked by the most negative individual at our work, so she would drag me over to purify the space before and after clocking in and out. Eventually she just transferred to my department, as the stress of just being anywhere around this person was really getting to her. She'll be moving back to Tennessee pretty soon though, but least she's more relaxed now. As you could tell, to a psychic or a medium, the supernatural is just kinda an extension of mundane life, and just as boring and repetitive as the rest of life. Most negative entities stay clear from me nowadays. I don't get any exciting stories anymore. -__-

life is the paranormal: wake up > eat > work/school > home/games/play/watch> eat> sleep > wake up... repeat even if it's the same everyday... you can't change it... or you will be rejected... this is what we life for? ... I want to break out of this cycle... TRUCK-KUN!! OWO!!!

I grew up in a real old house, about 150 years I think? I've seen my own fair share of things, human like shadows in the dead of the night, cold chills occupying the a strange amount of space by you, and things disapearing or being moved right after you've set them down and turned around.

I used to get nightmares of being dragged down my stairs and into a hole of darkness where demons and ghosts would force me to solve puzzle games. I ended up waking in weird positions on the stairs each time I failed.
