I agree, as a neutral party I can say that this type of behavior is beyond tolerable. Stalking people and threatening their life is not something that should be ignored. I would implore @lordsephiroth to assist in getting the proper authority involved if he's not already.

Simply banning such an account doesn't stop this kind of individual from finding additional targets. More victims are probably involved in this too.
