It's not really a guide more than it is an outline on staying away from harmful relationships and what to look for. The video is very helpful and I hope other people who are in bad situations are able to see it more clearly by seeing this. In my first major relationship like 8 years ago, I tried to isolate my girlfriend from her male friends because she had cheated on me with one of them before. It was an abusive relationship fought with an abusive relationship. Luckily, after the relationship, I was able to realize what it was I was doing and have worked on understanding someone else more and not tolerating cheating when it is undeniably cheating. Even more recently, I've encountered one of those "I'm going to kill myself if you leave" types of people (friendship, not relationship) and I had to let them know it was incredibly abusive. They've been working on it since then and we're working on getting them to see a professional. So yeah, I think this video is applicable to pretty much everyone. These kinds of relationships happen a lot and whether you're the one being abusive or the one receiving abuse, it needs to be called out for what it is. Likely the person doing it isn't aware to the extent that it's causing harm or may not even be aware that what they're doing is abusive in the first place. Having something like that video to hold people accountable and make them realize that it is that behavior which pushes people away is very important.

Those video may help some people,I suppose(I cannot watch it now,i’m at work).Before getting into a relationship with someone, I believe a person should know what she/he actually wants and needs from a relationship,or rather from their partner..

@Nishmo You got the right mindset, I do find this video super helpful. I call this video a guide, because it helps someone to form an opinion or make a decision or calculation. I know that feeling it's a pretty BIG MOOD for me. I absolutely can't resist someone going on top of me like that. Its a very toxic sub feeling. That never really washes away, especially if you really care about that person's health. I never volunteered to get in dramas like that. They usually come to me. I think in total was about, 12 times for friends and 2 times for dates.
