Then that's something absolutely worth bringing up to the site admins/owner. Not banning someone that is trying to build a sexual relationship with people they know are minors is disgusting and unethical. I can understand grey areas of "I didn't know they were a minor," but let's not have this site become a breeding ground for preying on minors.
