I know that a lot of you either work out or don't work out or Read Manga or watch anime but now it is time to do both because we are getting that anime that was needed to be done two years ago. It's come to my attention from the real life black Super Saiyan jaxblade has made an announcement for one of my favorite manga that actually gets me in the mood to workout and now it's getting a anime series this year. I hope all of you are ready because this is going to be serious. https://youtu.be/1poxPR90ieU

all I can say is give it a chance because the manga itself is based off of exercising and we have multiple anime that is based off of exercise from Baki the grappler to slam dunk to Prince of tennis to multiple anime that is based off of exercising but none of them really show you the basics and how it's supposed to be done properly without hurting yourself. That's where this anime comes in that will help a lot of people out that want to exercise while watching new anime.

arent those mostly just sports anime? the anime i linked above was ment to be a "work out with me" home dvd set i think one punch man and the DB franchise were more of a workout inspiration anime/manga Elf-san also kinda shows you how to work out properly, and giving some nutrition advice https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U_yrK3a3BK4 i know with sports anime i love when they show the basics of the sports before jumping into the action, if thats what you mean

no I'm talking about actually giving you advice on how to work out properly and also give you tibbetts on what you have to do kind of like with slam dunk with each time they had to do like a new move or a different trick there would be a certain character that would tell you how to do that move. And with this manga it's literally gotten that right amount of telling you what to do and how to do it. like how many sets you should do for push-ups and how you should do punches in the gym so you do not fracture your arm or wrist. when it comes to Dragon Ball Z they don't do martial arts as much anymore and with this manga it's going to be a game-changer this year because it's actually bringing something back that Dragon Ball has been lacking in the past few years. https://youtu.be/sqi6CUBZcm0

and I think the one anime that I've ever watched that had me wanting to work out would have to be Baki the grappler because the fact that if you see how ripped each character is and feel like you are going to get that amount of effort then you literally are probably going to die lol but that's not what I wanted to do I literally was working out while binge-watching the series on YouTube after literally being treated like a booty call or a one-night stand with my high-school crush as it was messed up but I had to go through that but with the exercise equipment that I had and The limited equipment that I had to all I was thinking about was getting more ripped and more active.
