Depends on badly I wanted to meet them. There are users who live very far away from me that I wouldn't pass up the chance to meet irl, but there was one guy in my state who lived about an hour and a half away and implied he wanted to meet up on a regular basis. I declined. If I want to meet you on a regular basis then no more than 30 minutes away, 45mins - 1 hour away, perhaps once a month. Anything more than that depends on how much I like the person.
