Motivational thread!

recently told my dad that i want him to have more faith in me. he is very critical and always says what's on his realistic (not pessimistic, not optimistic) mind. i've never been so real with my dad. i was shaking, crying. i was in a fight with my dad about 20 minutes before that, i've never gotten so angry over something so little. i must've been bottling up a lot of things. in my defense, i did ask him to listen twice before the third time when he started yelling at me. i started yelling back at him, looked him right in the eyes while i explained (screamed basically) the rest of what i was trying to say, then walked off. i cried for about 20 minutes. i've never cried that much, so vividly, so shakingly. after that, i asked him to have more faith in me (asking that alone was asking a lot of faith) this was all way more emotional than anything, ever. still can't believe this happened.
