When to move on

in a relationship i think its best to end it when its becoming unhealthy and your partner doesnt care to fix it, or when feelings are no longer there friendship is more complicated, iv cut friends off cold turkey when iv been betrayed, but things arent alway as cut and dry again i think its best to cut things off after speaking honestly with them and see how they feel about your complaints ps, let her go makes me cry everytime

When she says she still cares....but doesn't make any effort to show it and is dating another. I really need to move on, and sometimes I feel like I really am. But then on them lonely nights I'm reminded that I haven't and I'm still broken inside.

Never stick it out. Move on and keep looking forward. If they made the decision of leaving you or you left them due to something you genuinely don't like, don't waste a lot of time looking back. If they care or if you matter to them, they'll come back. And you'll decide what to do from there. It still heavily depends on the situation though.
