What was your first video game that you ever played?

When I was a kid I was surrounded by video games thanks to my good old dad who was a gamer but my first game was literally Mario Bros because at the dentist there was a arcade machine. But anyway, what is your first video game and how did it make you feel?

That's a tough one. I'd have to say either the Sonic the Hedgehog on the Sega Genesis or the Donkey Kong arcade machine that was in my grandparents house. One of those two. Otherwise, it'd have to be Ape Escape on the PS1, where my father had to buy an analog controller for that game since it wouldn't work without it.

My first video game was Spyro on the Ps1 I really hated that caped thibg that would runaway with the egg. I miss those days :'(

Well they're remastering the first 3 spyro games I believe.

I can only guess it was a snes game. Donkey Kong Country or some Mario. What I'm sure of, is that my first RPG was Super Mario RPG. I aware of that because I remember being stuck at the start of the game for not knowing that I can "talk" to Toad, and I needed to do that to continue. lol

Nah, you'll never get that sensation of first playing the game, seeing everything for the first time, or learning everything.

I played some of the first couple games, but I never actually owned them, so I may pick them up and play them through. I loved platformer games in the 90's.
