I would probably be relieved if the guy tried to start a conversation. I'm bad at socializing so starting conversation or keeping them alive is hard depending on the topic of choice. Guess it depends on the snuggle compliment. I usually take them well unless it's something that feels sexual. Like, "nice chest" or something. That would cause discomfort for me.

For me, I do get nervous on dates because the person is a stranger and I don’t know what he likes. I would prefer to date a friend that’s why I would prefer a simple date like going to the movies or sitting in a park. It might sound boring but I prefer to know as much as I can about the person which in reality means trying to find something in common. I like someone funny who doesn’t try to get in my pants right away.
