Why women should take risks and responsibility

I wish people would provide evidence before they claim there's a pay gap between genders. Most of the time they have no idea what they're talking about.

Have you considered it might be a genetic trait? Across the animal kingdom it's most common for the men to have colours, build nests, dance or sing to attract a female mate, and the female then takes her pick of any male she deems appropriate. You can say humans are more evolved than that, but it wouldn't be unreasonable to think that this trait is ingrained from evolution (and a male dominated society). It tends to be feminists who are these forward thinking women you're looking for. They tend to approach men thinking much the same as you do - why should women take a back seat in proceedings? So really it's the non-feminist women you're trying to win over to this way of thinking. I'm not sure how I class myself. I wouldn't say I generally approach first, or actively search for males. If I was interested in a guy I'd generally think about it, if I really liked the guy I might have a friend feel them out and go from there. I tend to mutually fall into relationships more than have a specific 'asking them out' phase.

@ Clothed johnny For sure this is mainly a female problem and less of my problem. It makes no difference to me what people do or how fucking retarded they act or behave but it also does no harm to me when I point at them and show them an easy to create a list of things they do that fuck themselves over. It's like seeing a person using something wrong and it should be common knowledge so you make a sign that tells people how to use it. I'm not going to force them to act or do basic things but I will place a little list of things that they can do to not fuck themselves. If the masses see it and ignore it then fine more popcorn and funny meme material for me but if someone I have never met or ever will sees it and helps them then that's fine too. Also good for you, you have reached a state of mental reason that is good for you. Not sure why you told me but hey each to their own.
