I haven't watched anime in ages. I think the last new anime I watched was Your Lie in April (which isn't exactly new)

I find Violet Evergarden/Mahou Tsukaino yome/Gakuen Babysitter/Gintama/Overlord/Death march/After the rain/Kekkai sensen/3-gatsu no Lion/ really great! It may just be me but I instantly watch it when it comes out.

Define 'good anime' though. I've been able find a handful of series to enjoy every season for the past 13 years. Maybe trying new genres will help you?
