Crazy, Getting help is being strong. It's not like you have to check into a hospital, but I'd talk to someone. You're absolutely right to say you need to stay strong for your loved ones and good on you for saying that, but never think it's weak to seek help. I know, I'm just preaching to the choir, but we all need a little support at some point.
