Military: we have too many E-5's we are gonna make promotion rates harder. Military after 1 cycle of making it harder to promote: my MOS is 121% overmanned for E-4's and 85% for E-5. Literally the stupidest decision, and this is just my job not the entire branch.

Exhuasted af, i was completely slammed today with a bunch of people all rushing me at once. Working in a hospital is no fucking joke. Im so frustrated rn i just got yelled at by some entitled ass lady saying she was active duty military for today only already left the damn service and became a dependent under a retired military member but dudnt understand she technically is not active duty yes it doesnt take ffect until tomorrow but i cant fucking change it. This is a decision above my pay grade. She storms off saying how she will tell some patient advocate whatever whatever. My commander walks in and basically starts gettingnon me for not doing it even as im explaining i literally cannot its not up to me im just the middle man im doing my job the correct way. I cant even bypass the system because i didnt create the system. I feel like im literally inhuman at times people just want what they want it doesnt matter how much you try or how nice you are. I just wanna go home.

I hate cling wrap. I fight with it for about 20 seconds picking at it and then just say fuck it and start shredding pieces off. Am I the only one that struggles with it?
