theres no way house prices are going down anytime soon even in mexico and fellow third world countries the prices are up atleast 100% - Prices up in construction amterials - overpopulation in city areas - houses are bought by big "people"

@rafaelsanzio I think inflation plays a part too.. when inflation is high, interest rates are low, so debts basically free, which makes real-estate more sought after and its a sellers market.. eventually they will have to raise interest rates again and it may become a buyers market then..

that is assuming the population in the cities are going to decrease but it wont, thanks to the economy and what ever is happening on the farming tech area, people from rural areas move to the city and that people will have more kids (3-4) than peple from the city (0-2) increasing the future market and the demand

Fuck the construction guys we hired, there is not one 90 degree angle and one straight line in this house now, we're almost finished now but last month i genuinely wanted to beat the living shit out of the company owner who messed up most of it, they straight up didn't do anything right and took off with the money. Now it's up to me and my dad to fix it.

@bruschettebites I know the feeling. One day I will have to completely rebuild my house from scratch because none of the doors are aligned correctly. The den has a massive crack in the concrete slab and the wiring is all wrong. The baseboard heaters are connected to the garage's power, but the garage isn't even attached to the house. How does that even make sense? Also the den's ceiling sits lower than the entryway, so if you're really tall you have to duck before coming down the stairs. A few improvements to say the least.

When someone parks in the wrong spot at work and causes a cascade effect of people parking in other people's spots. Day ruined. It's just one of those unwritten rules
