Well it really just depends on the person. Some people that are quiet a lot will relate better to your situation and easier to make friends with while more talkative people will gravitate towards other talkers. But no matter who you meet as long as you like them, their personality and share similar interest eventually conversation will flow more naturally if that makes any sense....I believe no one is boring cause they just need a given chance to show who they are but sometimes it's hard to break out of their shell...
