It's tough when friends change. It's not very obvious when it happens. Just gradually they become someone different. I'm not really sure if I've changed over the years. Maybe I'm still a child. The worst is when you no longer like the friend who is someone new. You realize at a certain point that you wouldn't be friends with the person they are now. More so, it's not about simple dislike but you find the new person isn't really a good person. That hurts the most. So long my old friend. I wish we would have spent more time together. Maybe you would have grown in a different way. Although it's not fair for me to want you to grow in a way that pleases me. Who you are now was maybe who you were meant to be.
