Why Did You Join MaiOtaku?

Can't remember if I posted here or not but... The reason I joined was to make friends with similar hobbies/interests, really. There's probably a lot of people whose original intent on joining here is escape from loneliness, or to seek that special soulmate with specific qualities in mind matching their own.(Since I mean Maiotaku does say dating in its title) But ehh.. I don't care about any of that, really. xP

I was recently single, so I decided to try out here since it was suggested. Well I found entertaining and good people here. Not sure about the dating part of things.

Companionship and friendship i mean its labeled as a dating site so i assume most people came for the same thing, but after taking one look at how it actually is you can see its not going to work as one. You stay for it being a time killer, because you like the people who you converse with, or because its a good outlet for some people ig. Its a cool site and all but deffo not a dating site at least not one that i would use. Too many trolls and too much guessing on what your getting for it to be worth using as one.

I like to think that my SO will enjoy watching anime / reading manga / going to conventions. I guess it's hard to find someone out in public whose also introverted, so this site seems like the best shot!
